A day retreat is an opportunity to surrender, unwind, merge with the elements. and nature.

A special power session with Angie will establish what you need and give you exactly the right balance for you.

Day Retreats take place in the beautiful private grounds, woodland, yurt, strawbale studio and labyrinth in Epping Green, Hertfordshire. Angie offers these powerful special immersions as complete day opportunities with the option to extend your day if you wish.

All retreats include a Shamanic sound bath key elements of our choosing. They also include a beautiful vegetarian lunch, a Goddess Gift including one of Angie’s Alchemical Elixirs, time spent in in nature and powerful restorative practices.
