About the shamanic drumming

Angie has developed this sound bath system through years of working with shamanic drumming. The varying rounds of profound drumming enable you to access relaxation however it is open and available to you at that time.

We begin with some accessible meditation, then 40 minutes of sound, followed by gentle sounds to bring you back, feeling lighter, calmer and more relaxed.

Lie down on a mat and be transported, experience true rest and connection to yourself.
