This forms part of a creative process of connecting you to your journey, please take time to make this a meditative practice - thank you. If based in the UK, will be working with vibrational medicine - we may use Bach Flower Essences, Elixirs, Tissue Salts and Homeopathy throughout the programme to help shift and clear areas presenting as blocks or limitations.
