I do a shamanic journey of my own prior to committing to work with you at this level to see if it is right for me to do so. It is an honour to work in this powerful way and it is with deep humility that I create this beautiful space of rebirth for you.

What is Soul Retrieval?
Soul Retrieval is the the immensely powerful experience of becoming whole again through shamanic practice.
Through trauma and traumatic experiences , the soul gets scattered and parts of soul remain alone.
This can manifest later in a sense of not being completely present in your current life and also for events within your living memory, you may recall the very moment when you left your body and didn’t completely come back. Also you may be consciously aware that through trauma responses, you have made decisions based on putting yourself last or avoiding situations that perpetuate you feeling less than, up until now.
Soul Retrieval creates an opportunity to become complete again and to gain back your true self.
A sensitive skilled powerful process is involved by the shaman, alongside preparation, healing and a nurturing safely held space. Every single missing part of you is claimed and integrated back into you.

The Soul Retrieval PART 1
We begin by exploring the major themes in your life that are or have created discordant energies, trauma and held you back.
You get help and support through releasing techniques that help in the preparation of your main healing.
This is a sensitive and beautifully held space of exploration before we begin our main session.

We meet in person for this session on a separate day following your soul retrieval, and incorporate

Before your session, you are invited to spend time preparing.
Go out in nature and spend time in contemplation as well as merging with creation and life around you, understanding yourself and your soul better, creating greatness of spirit and a growing connection with your life. Journal, meditate and breathe.
A grounding experience which brings you closer to your search of integration and completion.

Sessions are held in Tring, Hertfordshire in Angie’s home or in Hastoe Reading Room, near Tring.
HEALING AND CACAO CEREMONIES
What is a Cacao, Rose or Mugwort Ceremony?
This is a deep ceremonial session where we hold a ritual and create space to honour the plant medicine.
We create a sacred space together, preparing the space, and holding circle with oracle cards and a talking round.
We honour the elements and connect to the season and its themes and challenges
We journal and contemplate, meditate and prepare.
We take a shamanic journey to understand and connect to the messages of the sacred plant (be it Cacao, Rose or Mugwort) and celebrate the messages we get.
We drink the Cacao/Rose/Mugwort and allow the healing to bring us closer to ourselves and the unique messages from our plant ally.
The session then ends with a shamanic sound bath, integrating knowledge and surrendering to the power of therapeutic sound to balance the body and connect the soul and spirit.
What is Shamanic & Reiki Healing and Sound Bath Session?
Shamanic healing focuses on the deeply placed negative energies and releases them through specific techniques. Reiki healing channels Universal Energy and creates wellbeing through calming the body and resetting the central nervous system.
Both are restorative, calming, powerful and create deeper connection within you to listen to yourself and your mind and body and spirit.
Angie also inserts remedies vibrationally through shamanic techniques as needed, reviewing what you need a a psychospiritual level.
This session also incorporates a shamanic sound bath, the sound bath connects you to who you are at the deepest of levels, the drum beat creates a profound healing opportunity and it is deeply restorative .
