A half day retreat
The Shamanic Journey is a space to connect you to finding your own answers. A safe container of sharing, this women’s circle experience is a powerful place of healing, sharing and connection.
It enables you to go deep into your own shamanic practice, as a beginner or an experienced person walking the path.
This is a half day retreat immersion which aligns you to your wisdom and exploration of soul.
I have held Shamanic Journey Groups for over ten years, these are profound sensitive well held spaces of growth, support, nourishment and learning.
A wisdom circle which is welcoming and heart-led and about exploring what it means to have been born into a female body and all that it brings us in this lifetime.
We sometimes use Cacao or Rose in ceremony in some workshops - a beautiful inclusive plant medicine - to open the heart and and bring nurturing energies to you and your journeys. Rose petal tea is also offered as an alternative on the day.

A half day retreat
This is a space where you find your own answers, you go deep into a process to connect and engage with allies in nature that embody the very attributes which will support you the most. Go deep into your own shamanic practice, the level you access is the level you need.
You travel to non ordinary reality through the live beat of a drum, enabling you to access a meditative place in your awareness, and allow that limitless mind of yours to free you to explore themes and challenges, questions and answers which are most essential and potent at that moment in time.
It is nourishing, empowering and fulfilling. A self development experience allowing you to connect to self and to the beauty of shamanism.
At times at first our own mind stops us from accessing what we need, by putting doubt in the way of our own intuition, the first couple of times can involve you just letting go of doubt and surrendering to your own power, your own intuitive processes and getting used to the fact that you have your own ability to access truth.
Beginners welcome.

PARKING: PARKING AT TRING STATION.
Then walk along Station Road, the Iron Room is at the end of the row of Railway Cottages on the same side of the road as the station, past the Post House, and opposite the close called Clarkes Spring. It is a black building which looks like a chapel with a large white door, and hidden by large folliage!
