I believe as Women in midlife and beyond, we’ve come to a point where it is essential to honour who we are, not the roles we have played or the journey we have taken, but the person within, who is about to be set free.
Something truly incredible happens in menopause and peri menopause, and the woman who steps forward from then is potentially the most herself she has ever been. We rewrite our stories.
You are entering a shift that is so powerful and significant that only a deep sacred space will hold and acknowledge the depth of transformation you are going through.
Sacred rage, the dark feminine, the modern mystic, the acknowledgement of trauma, grief, loss and love, joy and true self care, are all coming up to be honoured. The breaking of cycles and the letting go of the old ways has become essential.
It takes courage - and this space is one that brings in joy and fulfilment and life on our terms. It’s a process, a nervous system reset inwardly, and a total outward reset of our relationship to the world.
This is going to feel like deep rebellion and undoing of conditioning, patriarchal limitations and old patterns, and there is no going back. You are stepping out in your bold fierce reinvention to live a beautiful life full of connection and acknowledgement of the things that matter most.

This is your REBIRTH, and it is not a quick fix, or about the next ‘experience’. This is honest, slow, beautiful and about accountability, for you to truly connect to self and soul and continue to grow in deep confidence long after we complete our time together.
