Your in person one to one day retreat is an opportunity to surrender, unwind, merge with the elements. and nature.
A special power session with Angie will establish what you need and give you exactly the right balance for you.
Retreats take place in Hastoe, Hertfordshire, near Tring.
Choose up to three shorter immersions or create your retreat from two fuller deeper longer experiences in your day.
