PEACE CEREMONY

Thoughts and prayers going out to Gaza and all of those affected all over the world where there is suffering. Anywhere there is suffering right now needs our prayers, let us not be divided by anger or politics.  I share this ceremony freely, consider donating to a charity to help those directly affected. 

Take time out to create your very own PEACE CEREMONY. This simple gesture tunes you in to the vibration and frequency of LOVE which we so need in the world now more than ever.

A SIMPLE CANDLE CEREMONY FOR PEACE

You will need a candle, a poem, and some time uninterrupted.

If you do this with others or arrange with others to do this at the same time as you, you will build COLLECTIVE ENERGY.

Your Ceremony

1. Stand grounded and rooted and breathe deeply
2. Put your hands to your heart
3. Visualise the energy love pouring into your heart through your hands, the love of all things that are good and true
4. Fill yourself inside out with this energy, feel the love within each cell
5. Now see this energy pouring out of you and expanding your energy beyond your body, your town, your country, filling the entire globe with each breath out, see this love reaching far and wide, each person who needs it right now regardless of place or circumstance
6. Be bathed fully in the feeling of pure love
7. Now open your eyes and read the poem you have ready, read it out loud
8.  Stand for a few moments to feel its resonance
9. Light the candle setting the intention that the love and hope finds its way to all who suffer right now, connect with strength, with resilience, with compassion, love and humanity
10.  Finish with a song or just by closing your eyes and resting your hands in prayer on your chest.
