What we speak about stays confidential and does not leave the circle. Also, everyone is equal, everyone gets equal time to share, but at the same time, nobody is obliged to speak or share unless they wish to and are ready.

Timings
This potent gathering takes place every spring and is a half day of total nourishment of the soul, from 9.30am to 1pm.
(Come at 9.30am for tea and journaling and we start at 10am with our circle)
Limited spaces mean a closely held group which is powerful and contained.

A circle is a sanctuary.
This specific circle is a women’s only space as women’s themes and challenges are spoken about freely, from the point of view of having being born a woman. Its not that inclusivity is dismissed but that every circle has intention and this is the intention of this specific space. This is because the facilitator has specific strengths and builds on this to create a powerful place of safety, joy, sharing and empowerment.

Hastoe Village Hall and Library is a beautiful venue with plenty of parking and access to Tring Park and surrounding woodland.
