The Setup

I record it to video on Zoom, if you are happy for me to do so I can share it as a video, letting you know in advance so that you may want to prepare for that, equally if you prefer just audio its totally your decision. Make sure you are happy with the background behind you and that you have your tech and sound working well - this is great as its saves us time on the day.

During the podcast.

This season will be about - a specific theme - I ask really open ended questions to develop a unique conversation which you can flow with and bring in your authentic story, equally if there is anything specific you want me to ask you, let me know either now or before we start recording on the day.  The focus is your story.

Please note that this is a two way conversation, exchange and discussion, and not focused on selling and I will also pick up on main points during the episode, to help create understanding and help you elaborate as necessary. Please allow time to pause, its going to be powerful!

The whole session will be about 90 minutes of recording time including  5 minutes prior to prepare. This will create 3 shows.

 I will introduce you – first – if you can send me a bio of two short paragraphs - including any links to your socials or website - this will form the basis of the intro and the marketing as soon as you can that would be great.

And I will also ask about identity and anything else which the conversation is naturally taking us to

 I also need a photo from you. You can email me your pic, bio and links HERE.

So photo, short bio in advance and your wonderful presence on the day.

Do you have a book to promote?

If so, send it to me, I will read it and we can discuss it, you can also provide a link and details of where to buy it.

Lets agree on one theme per episode

Your season will have one overall theme - and within this one area of discussion from which I can create questions. I will run through these before we press ‘record’ on the day to check you are happy with it all.

• Your 3 episode titles as overall themes within the main theme, one per episode

• Your bio (no more than 2 short paragraphs)
