The Setup

I record it to video on Zoom, if you are happy for me to do so I can share it as a video, letting you know in advance so that you may want to prepare for that, equally if you prefer just audio its totally your decision. Make sure you are happy with the background behind you and that you have your tech and sound working well - this is great as its saves us time on the day.

During the podcast.

This season will be about - a specific theme - I ask really open ended questions to develop a unique conversation which you can flow with and bring in your authentic story, equally if there is anything specific you want me to ask you, let me know either now or before we start recording on the day.  The focus is your story.

Please note that this is a two way conversation, exchange and discussion, and not focused on selling and I will also pick up on main points during the episode, to help create understanding and help you elaborate as necessary. Please allow time to pause, its going to be powerful!

The whole session will be about 90 minutes of recording time including  5 minutes prior to prepare. This will create 3 shows.

 I will introduce you – first – if you can send me a bio of two short paragraphs - including any links to your socials or website - this will form the basis of the intro and the marketing as soon as you can that would be great.

Then during the recording I ask you specific questions with you in mind, this is about you and your story, your wisdom an your journey ……………..

The podcast has its own energy and to keep it simple is key, therefore short titles with a chance to expand on the themes during the episode works best – my suggested titles generally work best with this in mind and fit well with that you have to talk about. You are welcome to suggest questions and titles with this in mind.

We may not have time for all the questions you submit, please do bear this in mind as I will be guiding the podcast to ensure its open, deep and free flowing style.

The main thing is your story, and what you can bring so its not webinar style or lecture style its much more a relaxed conversation which gets very meaningful, please do feel free to listen to some episodes to get an idea of my concept and the energy behind it. This will create true impact.

And I will also ask about your life, identity and anything else which the conversation is naturally taking us to. Let me know if any subjects are off topic or you would prefer not to discuss.

Do you have a book to promote?

If so, send it to me, I will read it and we can discuss it, you can also provide a link and details of where to buy it.

I will create theme per episode - this format works well based on my knowledge of what works.

Your season will have one overall theme - and within this one area of discussion from which I can create questions. Each episode will also have a short meaningful title as part of this overall theme. I will run through these before we press ‘record’ on the day to check you are happy with it all.

So now, all that is left is for you to email me back here at least four weeks before our recording date, with the following:

• I send you the theme for the podcast (I will have some ideas and may mention these prior to the deadline), I also send you the 3 episode titles as overall themes within the main theme, one per episode. Based. on these please send in some questions if you have them, or otherwise we can go with what I ask.

• Your bio (no more than 2 short paragraphs)

• Your photo

• Your links to socials etc

• You are welcome to send me a complimentary copy of your book if you are a published author, for me to read ahead of our call, and I can bring this into our conversations

• DEADLINE FOR BIO AND PIC AND FINAL DRAFT OF QUESTIONS: In order to give me enough time to prepare, its essential you email me with all of this at least 4 weeks before the recording day please! Otherwise we won’t be able to record on our agreed date. I cannot chase or follow up after this and I appreciate your consideration greatly.
