FEELING ANXIOUS?

I am doing well, most of the time, but then I do get caught in anxiety AND I know I am not alone in this.

It's what happens when I run away with persistent thoughts, give myself a hard time, have too much caffeine, or a reaction to alcohol, or not enough sleep. Or find myself in negative company or triggered as I face another layer of healing.

You see, I am not alone, it happens all the time, in fact anxiety is something which is very common, but it doesn't make it right.

We have so much of it in our lives.

Here are some of the things which really help me:

Meditation has so many benefits. Here are some of them:

- allieviating anxiety
- slowing life down

Calm is the name of a brand new guided meditation course. Its a six week class run during term time to help turn chaos to calm, relax you, alleviate anxiety and balance you inside and out.

It's both in person and as a live session online. 30 minutes of total surrender.

Sessions are just £10, so £60 for your 6 week course .
