December Workshop

Spend a morning creating your very own sacred medicine tool.

A talking stick is a timeless tool that is passed around a circle. Whoever holds it holds the attention of the circle, uninterrupted, to speak from their heart and soul.

I so look forward to a morning of laughter, contemplation, fun, empowerment and spirituality with you!

INTENTION TO CREATE THE MEDICINE

We will meet in Tring and venture out into the woods for a deep contemplative meditative walk to find your stick.

WELCOMING IN THE MEDICINE

Once back indoors, we will welcome the sticks into the circle their natural raw state, cleanse the energies and anchor their healing potential and claim them as a sacred tool.

CRAFTING THE MEDICINE

We will play and craft together with materials and you will empower each item you use in your craftwork with significance, intention and meaning.

IGNITING THE SOUL OF THE MEDICINE

And then we will have a ritual to welcome in the power of your voice and truth.

A morning crafting your talking sticks with intention, love, paint and items chosen by you to make it unique and special.

You may wish to bring special crystals, shells or other small items you want to attach to the stick that can be done with glue or wire.

I will supply feathers, beads and paint to get you started (you can always add items to your stick later, as it grows with you and your medicine).

Wear warm, comfortable clothing and walking boots or wellies. Enjoy creating with other powerful beautiful women just like you!
