VALENTINES WEEK: LOVE IS IN THE AIR
Love is in the air
And so is your inner Venus.
We are multifaceted beings.
That means you give yourself permission to be as much at home with covering yourself in mud and paint, going barefoot, chanting and drumming and at the same time the woman who loves beautiful clothes, sipping from a fluted glass and adorning herself with jewels and beautiful scents.
Venus is the Roman Goddess of Love and Beauty, and sometimes alongside the Greek Goddess Aphrodite and sometimes merging together, we have two exceptional women. Venus is however so much more than sugar and spice and all things nice.
Reaching deep into the TRUE SHAMANIC SOUL MEDICINE she provides, look beyond what is tasteful and non confrontational and find a Goddess who is also about war, sex and sensuality. So my question for you this week is
WHAT IF YOU COULD OPEN UP YOUR HEART TO LOVE IN YOURSELF MORE THAN EVER BEFORE? WITHOUT JUDGEMENT? UNCONDITIONALLY? WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE TRANSCEND THE THRESHOLD AND TRULY REACH OUT AND CROSS OVER INTO THE WISDOM OF OUR VERY SOUL?
We tread carefully within the paradigm of good behaviour, Venus is not about that. She invites you this week - to wear RED, show some of your other aspects to the world, the sass, the enchantress, the wild woman and the unapologetic self. To transcend beauty standards and the conventional and come out as a Warrior Queen, Empress, Goddess.
Love is redefined right here. Celebrate yourself in your sensuous wild glory and also your creative self go deep with this exploration of self love and dive into the joy that letting all the bullshit fall away.
Know that you come home to yourself and allow her in, allow Venus in, your ally, let her be your guide.
A Valentines Day Ritual

Take a long bath
Make some rose tea
Journal deeply
Eat your favourite food
Listen to your most cherished song
Speak to someone who raises your spirits
Wear your favourite clothes
Meditate and let Venus in, invite her into your space, welcome her, drum, dance with her, sage the room, create merriment.
THEN...................
Write a statement starting with I AM at the start of every line, praising yourself with all the wonderful positive affirming magnificent words you can find.
Light a candle
Say this statement out loud with your hands to your heart
Then finish with
I vow to always know I am complete, I am love. Close your circle giving thanks to your life.
Now go out and LIVE IT.
