In this season of Autumn and Samhain (All Souls, Halloween), when the veil is acknowledged to be at its thinnest with death and we think about our ancestors, we have a powerful opportunity to look at our own Shadow.

As women we navigate grief, loss, death, illness and letting go of people, aspects of ourselves, situations and in Midlife we are confronted by many truths, each trying to be seen. The longer nights are drawing in, our focus turns inwards.

This all happens as WE are trying to make sense of ourselves and how to recognise ourselves and be seen, in our authenticity.

So how can we find tools to navigate letting go of what we need to let go of, in order to create space for what is good and right in our lives?

This powerful workshop will focus on creating space for yourself so you can navigate the shadow and what its bringing up, in a way which is kind to you and will support you best. Letting go ultimately makes way for new beginnings, this is an invitation to do this at whatever level you can access right now. By acknowledging ourselves, we enable the season to open up and support us, therefore enabling ourselves to open up more fully to life and how it can support us.
