Morning Ritual with Ceremonial Cacao
There is something sacred in the morning, the first light as we set our intentions for the day. I work with oracle cards, smudging with my own sacred craftwork with feathers and smudge wands, and Ceremonial Cacao.
How I begin
I set prayers and intentions and spend some time in quiet contemplation, this helps me to both focus and create calm for my day ahead.
I will also make sure I earth myself, with my feel firmly on the ground outside and spend some time in nature. I am a busy person like you, and so I do this as a priority before the day begins.

I spent a long time looking for the right place to source my Cacao and sat with teachings from the company I buy from. The Cacao is ethically responsibly sourced and this matters to me greatly.
