Three things I learned from four days offgrid and why I want it all over again

Just back from Cosmic Campout and there are three things I learned from staying completely unplugged and offgrid.
1. My menopause symptoms went down by 90% without even trying - lesson is - my body LOVED it
2. I did not miss my phone and my 12 year old didn't miss gaming - lesson is - we don't need that shit, not really, remember the old days we didn't have it!
3. Evenings without Netflix created COMMUNITY - lesson is - we can get sucked into a world that simply does not exist, and the world that does deserves our 100% attention
In my shamanic path I surround myself in nature as part of the life I live as a given, but like anyone else, I am surrounded by technology more than I ever anticipated and a total reset brings one right back to soul like nothing else.
The biggest thing I brought back from Cosmic Campout, the offgrid part festival part retreat I went to on Saturday was LOVE.
Life is about LOVE, making things, dancing, eating food made mindfully, a cuppa with a kindred spirit, drumming by a waterfall, sharing and surrendering to simplicity.
I have never seen so many smiles or heard so much laughter.
I was honoured to hold a Rites of Passage Ceremony for Women to Claim their Voice, and also give healing treatments as well as enjoy the abundance of the beautiful people who attended and facilitated and of this incredible creation by friend and curator Kim Booth of Cosmic Pineapple , the Ibiza based creative hub of pure joy and other incredible events.
