Come to a bold space of exploration and joy.
Calling all bold warrior women who are ready to let their hair down!
Learn to get confident using a drum, learn to drum well and gain confidence using your voice through toning, a beautiful voice work technique that is true nourishment for the soul - you don’t need a singing voice, this is for you and its for your own deepest healing and growth.
Toning allows you to explore sound without words, and warms your voice so you sing from the truest part of you. Open your throat Chakra to express and honour who you are.
This is your wisdom circle, which is welcoming and heart-led and about exploring what it means to have been born into a female body and all that it brings us in this lifetime.
Medicine for the heart and nourishment for the soul.

Don’t have a drum? Mention at time of booking and you can play one of our available spare drums.
About the drumming
We supply and use hand held drums or you can any drum you wish to bring such as a djembe.
We drum to various drum beats and use the shamanic drum beat as a central focal point - the three beats per second is a powerful rhythm which has immense therapeutic effects.
We also follow the flow of the group, as rhythms create their own ebb and flow and this is spontaneous and magical.
Learn to drum with confidence and explore rhythm through your heart and intuition.
About the voicework
We get brave about voice too.
So often we won’t sing because we feel we can’t. Yet we store so much tension in all the things we have never expressed. This is a space to let it out, through sound.
As we explore sound we gain confidence as we listen to ourselves, using sound to release feelings and emotions, to honour our own voice and begin go create beauty.
We also sing together, as much or as little as you wish. As you gain confidence you will love the deep release it brings.

A circle is a sanctuary.
This specific circle is a women’s only space as women’s themes and challenges are spoken about freely, from the point of view of having being born a woman. Its not that inclusivity is dismissed but that every circle has intention and this is the intention of this specific space. This is because the facilitator has specific strengths and builds on this to create a powerful place of safety, joy, sharing and empowerment.
This is space in which you can experience:
Speaking uninterrupted
Not being judged
Neither giving or receiving advice
Being listened to
Creating empowerment for yourself
Being championed
Finding your voice.
What we speak about stays confidential and does not leave the circle. Also, everyone is equal and there is no space for dominant personalities, everyone gets equal time to share, but at the same time, nobody is obliged to speak or share unless they wish to and are ready.
This is your space.
