Shamanic Sound Bath - Drum Medicine for the Soul
Drumming is now known and recognised for having huge benefits for overall wellbeing, its meditative qualities bringing the body into a state of relaxation. Drums have been used for thousands of years in a healing context, and are central to shamanic practices.
This immensely relaxing and calming session invites you to absorb the different sounds of the drum, allow it to take you into its different rhythms and hand over to a restorative process, slowing everything right down and gently supporting you into a place of stillness and calm.
COME TO ONE OF MY SPECIAL EVENT AND GET TO KNOW AND BENEFIT FROM THE THE DEEPLY HEALING QUALITIES OF THE DRUM.
The session starts with a relaxation technique and meditation, and the main drum session follows (which lasts about 40 to 45 minutes) you lie down with your eyes closed and we end with gentle sounds to guide you back.
I personally find this session enormously helpful for alleviating anxiety, slowing the mind, and calming the body.
A 1 hour session. Open to both men and women.

A bottle of water
Feel free to bring a sleeping bag - you need to be warm!

HOW TO TAKE PART when you join us online.
1. Pay your entrance fee and I will give you a link to the dedicated event page.
2. Once your payment is received you will get your request accepted to join the group
3. On the day of the event please sign in 5 minutes prior so you are ready to start.
4. Create a calm comfortable space at home where you can lie down and relax.
5. Enjoy the session, Angie asks that you please pay by the day before the session.
Wear headphones for maximum benefit.
Session will start at 8.30pm UK Time and have a ten minute space at the end for total relaxation, ending at 9.30pm.
